When creating a workout plan, there doesn't appear to be a way of adding a rest timer between sets. Is it possible to add this in?

When a workout is active, the user has the option to add additional sets, however it doesn't seem possible to remove sets from the workout. Can this be added?

When a workout is active, there is an option to add additional exercises but selecting an exercise from the list returns you to the in flight workout without adding the new exercise. (Android)

Not sure if this is a bug but I noticed that the app is telling me something about old data. I didn’t wear my suunto watch the past two days. The briefing tells me that I am feeling good etc.. In my opinion, old data should be excluded from the briefings. Or is this by design and needs to be like that?
