Workout activity Name not displayed correctly in Activity view
When viewing a workout under the “Activity” tab, the activity name appears as “HKWorkoutActivity-Type(rawValue: 13)” instead of showing the correct label (e.g. “Cycling” or “Outdoor Ride”). The raw value from HealthKit should be mapped to its readable activity name for better clarity.

“Calories” and “Active Calories” show identical values
Both cards currently display the same number. If “Calories” is intended to represent total calories burned (BMR + active calories), the label or calculation should be adjusted to avoid confusion.

Respiratory Rate shows only one static value
The “Respiratory Rate” section displays only a single value without historical data. Adding a short-term trend (e.g. 7-day average) would provide better context for breathing stability and recovery.

Resting HR shows only one value, no trend
The “Resting HR” card displays only a single value and no historical data or trend line. It would be useful to show daily changes or a 7-day trend to spot recovery patterns.

Add 7-day trend and comparison for HRV
The HRV value (e.g. 61 ms) is displayed as a single number without any trend or context. It would be helpful to show how this compares to the user’s 7-day average and visualize the trend over time.

Display sleep duration in hours and minutes instead of decimals
Sleep duration is currently shown as decimals (e.g. 6.2 hrs). For time-related values, it would look cleaner and be easier to read if displayed as 6h 12min instead.

Unify “Sleep Score” navigation behavior
Tapping the top “Sleep Score” circle opens the detailed sleep analysis, but tapping the “Sleep Score” section lower on the dashboard opens a completely different page. Both actions should lead to the same detailed sleep view for a consistent experience.

Optimize “Sleep & Strain Balance” chart height
The “Sleep & Strain Balance” graph is useful but takes up too much vertical space. Since most values tend to cluster in the upper range, a more compact or adaptive height would make the dashboard cleaner and leave room for additional metrics.

Clickable Circles on top
I like the three circles that indicate sleep, rest, and exertion, but I would find it great if they were clickable so that you could jump directly to the relevant data.
