To improve readability and consistency, all metrics should follow the same traffic-light color scheme across the entire app:

• Green = good/within goal

• Yellow = slightly below or above target

• Orange = not good, not bad

• Red = poor/critical range

• Purple = OMG stop it ;-)

Using one unified color logic for rings, charts, and list items would make the dashboard easier to interpret at a glance and give users instant context about their performance and recovery.
